Zucchini 180 g
Eggs 3
Dark chocolate 200 g
Maple syrup 60 g
Flour 100 g
Baking soda 1/2 tea spoon
Salt - pinch
Cut the zucchini in 8 pieces and steam in a saucer with some water. After it softened, drain the water and puree with a blender. Melt the chocolate and mix together with zucchini puree, maple syrup, eggs and salt. Add flower with baking soda. Pour the batter into square baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 C for 30 min.
After brownie has cooled you can drizzle with some chocolate sauce or sprinkle with chopped walnuts. cut into squares after brownie has cooled completely (refrigerate overnight).
